As Manager, People Business Partnering, you will lead a team of People Business Partners to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving the people strategy for our various business units to power GetGo’s growth. You will translate business priorities into a clear people roadmap, while building a high-performing team and influencing leaders to make better people decisions. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable with strategy and execution, and who brings both commercial thinking and a genuine care for people. How You'll Make an Impact * People Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage a team of People Business Partners to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support to business stakeholders; ensuring high performance, consistent service delivery, and professional growth while managing team capacity to align with functional priorities. * Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex business priorities into a clear 3–6 month people roadmap that addresses organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and future-readiness. * Talent Acquisition Excellence: Own the Centre of Excellence for Talent Acquisition and the full hiring strategy across GetGo. You will coach your team to move beyond "filling roles" to solving complex talent gaps, driving a candidate experience and employer brand that makes GetGo a top destination for talent. * High-Stakes Advisory & Governance: Act as the ultimate subject matter expert on employee relations and compliance issues. You will lead the resolution of complex, high-risk cases, applying sound judgement and a strong command of employment legislation to manage issues effectively. You will also partner with business leaders to ensure that all People practices are culturally aligned, legally robust, and reflective of our core values. * Data-Led Insights & Functional Innovation: Leverage people data to surface trends, diagnose risks, and present evidence-based recommendations to leadership. You will proactively identify opportunities to improve how the Business Partnering function operates and lead the implementation of process improvements in collaboration with other People & Culture sub-functions. * Engagement & Change Management: Lead the delivery of engagement strategies, change management initiatives, and organisational development programmes within your portfolio. This includes facilitating workshops and communications that strengthen culture and support teams through change. What Makes You A Great Fit * Proven People Leadership in HR: 8-10 years of progressive experience across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Business Partnering, ideally across multiple markets, with a track record of building team capability and delivering results through others. * Mastery of HR Practice: Advanced knowledge across core People disciplines — employee relations, talent management, recruitment, and employment legislation — with a broad understanding of how these interconnect across the wider People function. * Strategic & Commercial Thinking: Ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes, with experience developing people roadmaps and influencing senior stakeholders on complex, sensitive people matters. * Communication & Influence: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to translate HR thinking into clear, persuasive recommendations, to influence and secure buy-in from senior stakeholders on complex, sensitive, and strategic people matters. * Change Architect: Proven experience identifying systemic issues and implementing scalable, practical solutions in a fast-paced environment. * Strong personal alignment with our GetGo Values: * Driven by Purpose * Stay Curious and Humble * Collaborate with Empathy  * Make it Better * Get It Going!
