As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Manager of People & Culture to provide leadership and support for human resource management, workforce planning, and organisational culture.    This is a unique opportunity for a HR leader to partner with executives and leaders across the organisation to shape the employee experience, champion organisational culture, and deliver strategic initiatives that align with our vision and values.   Take your next step with HenderCare.   About the Role Reporting to the General Manager of Corporate Services and Governance, the Manager, People & Culture will support managers and staff, driving initiatives that strengthening engagement, diversity, and inclusion.   You will also be responsible for:   Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks. Provide expert advice on industrial relations and award interpretation. Champion culture and engagement initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing. Partner with leaders and contribute to organisational leadership forums to guide performance management, decision-making and workforce planning. Manage complex industrial relations matters and support enterprise bargaining processes. Provide supervision and mentoring to the People & Culture team Ensure compliance with relevant workplace legislation (Fair Work Act, WHS, Equal Opportunity), Awards and HenderCare’s workforce requirements.   Our Ideal Candidate You are an experienced HR leader with a strong track record of delivering strategic people initiatives in complex environments.   You will also bring:   Tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in Human Resources. Demonstrated experience in HR/People & Culture leadership within the community services sector. A strong knowledge and understanding of the SCHADS Award and Fair Work legislation. Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Experience in workforce planning, policy development, and organisational change. Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
