Enhance Team & Guest Experience: Work proactively to create a positive, responsive approach to inquiries and challenges. Drive Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement plans to achieve People & Culture objectives and hotel targets. Manage the Employee Lifecycle: Partner with stakeholders to foster a culture of growth, development, and high performance. Own Budget & Training Plans: Oversee the People & Culture budget and training programs, supporting performance evaluations. Build Strong Partnerships: Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and business partners. Optimize HR Processes: Review resourcing, compensation, development, training, and succession planning, providing value-driven recommendations. Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to legislation and best practices, ensuring all activities are documented for audits and follow-up. Qualifications Your Profile & Skills Proven HR experience with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership abilities with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional guest service. Creative thinker with the ability to provide practical advice and solutions.
