The successful candidate will be highly strategic, yet hands-on - a real “player-coach” who is also expected to roll up their sleeves. This role will create and execute an integrated people insights and analytics roadmap that enhances a data-based decision making, improves reliability and trust, and advances Stitch Fix’s organizational health metrics and insight generation. These initiatives support the company’s movement toward driving a “high-impact culture.”
