POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Manager to lead and scale our global people operations. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who can simplify and automate processes, drive global HR initiatives, and develop a high-performing team. Leading a small but high-impact team, you will own process optimization, tooling, compliance, and analytics while remaining actively engaged in execution.
