POSITION OVERVIEW

  • The Manager, People Operations will play a critical role in optimizing and overseeing operations, benefits administration, and policy implementation. This individual will manage a team of two Generalists and ensure the efficient delivery of People Ops services that support the organization’s strategic goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Strong expertise in HR operations, benefits administration, and policy development.
  • Experience managing 401(k) plans and working with benefits vendors.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (Rippling) and HR technology tools.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure efficient and compliant processes, including HRIS management, employee records, and data integrity.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, wellness programs, and 401(k) plans, ensuring compliance and employee engagement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company culture.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the People Operations function.
  • Liaise with People Ops Business Partner as needed.
  • Lead reporting and analytics efforts related to metrics, benefits utilization, and workforce trends to drive data-informed decision-making.
