Get to Know the Role As a Manager in the Performance and Culture team, reporting to the Head of Performance and Culture, you'll play a key role in enhancing performance management systems to foster a high-performance culture, improve organizational health aligned with Grab's values. The role will be onsite at Grab office in Singapore. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Partner with the Head of Performance and Culture to lead priorities for performance, feedback, culture, and engagement. Lead collaborations across POD and various stakeholders to address performance and engagement challenges. Work with the PeopleTech team to design and align Performance Management platform functions and development. Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need Solving Problems: Analyse complex situations, identify solutions, and adapt based on feedback and data. Change Management: Champion innovation and implement impactful ideas. Collaboration: Lead cross teams members at all levels to problem solve and achieve shared goals in the domain of performance management systems and employee engagement Thought leadership: Share knowledge and coach others to improve their work and skills, along with in-depth understanding of organizational culture development and employee engagement strategies Communication: Articulate ideas in a clear manner, both verbally and in writing. Survey Design & Data Analysis: Deploy engagement surveys and conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis of survey results.
