Driving business performance by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales and distribution channels, with a key responsibility for consolidating and submitting performance reports to Group. The role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Group reporting requirements, provides actionable insights, and supports management decision-making through accurate, timely, and insightful reporting. What are we expecting from this role? Performance Management Define, track, and manage KPIs aligned with business objectives Monitor individual, team, and organizational performance against targets Identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities Support performance review cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual) Work with business units to develop performance improvement plans Reporting & Analytics Prepare regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) Develop dashboards and scorecards for management and leadership teams Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports Conduct variance analysis vs plan, budget, and prior year performance Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis Who are we looking for? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work with senior stakeholders Strong business acumen and ability to link performance metrics to strategy Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools and data visualization platforms Proficiency in both English and Burmese (spoken and written) is required.
