The Manager, Performance Management is an integral part of Nutrien’s Total Rewards Center of Excellence reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation. This exciting opportunity within the Human Resources (HR) function, enables Nutrien’s people strategy and culture. This role is responsible for the design and implementation of global people programs and activities within Nutrien’s Total Rewards team, to support the business. This role supports Nutrien’s HR community in identifying opportunities and driving solutions to successfully implement performance management and goal setting strategies within Nutrien’s operations and functional areas. This role will design and manage the employee performance management program against core competencies and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate has a passion for driving Nutrien’s Purpose of Feeding the Future through cultural transformation.
Responsible for managing the performance management program and system, goals, initiatives, monitoring progress, providing feedback, identifying opportunities for employees, and aligning individual performance with overall strategic objectives.
Serve as trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders through effective consultation and interpretation on all areas of performance management and goal setting that drive the organizations strategy.
