The Role Addepar is seeking a passionate and data-driven Manager, Performance Marketing EMEA/APAC to drive our brand awareness and market expansion across the regions. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing strategist to build and implement a regional marketing strategy that fuels Addepar's continued growth. This leader will be responsible for developing and driving a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for the EMEA and APAC regions. This position will drive all digital, paid, and traditional marketing for the regions, and play a key role in shaping Addepar's brand image and market presence. What You’ll Do Develop and drive a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with global and regional business objectives Own the development and execution of localised marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, content, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity in the EMEA/APAC wealth management technology space Collaborate closely with regional sales, client management, services and partner teams to understand market needs, develop effective marketing programs, and achieve shared goals Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns and programs, and provide data-driven insights to optimise performance Who You Are 8+ years of experience in B2B financial services marketing, with a consistent track record of success in driving growth within the financial technology or wealth management industry Strong understanding of the EMEA and/or APAC marketing landscape and cultural nuances Ability to translate marketing goals into measurable return on investment and contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives Deep expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, etc.) Fluency in English, with additional European languages a plus Our Values Act Like an Owner - Think and operate with intention, purpose and care.
