If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us… Functional (job responsibilities) A) Functional Responsibilities Administer and maintain the HLB and HLISB Incentive modules within the system, ensuring timely and accurate payout processing across Secured Lending, Unsecured Lending, Mortgage, Deposit, and Credit Insurance. Manage day-to-day incentive program operations, including responding to sales staff inquiries, processing appeals via e-forms, and executing claw-backs in line with Bank Disciplinary Committee decisions, while coordinating with colleagues to ensure consistent coverage. Prepare and update monthly incentive dashboards for Business Units, highlighting abnormal trends and providing routine analysis of sales channel productivity and scheme performance. Generate and deliver MIS reports using SQL programming to support management with relevant operational data. Support the smooth functioning of the Incentive system, including routine maintenance, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, and coordination with system support teams and vendors. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, streamlining incentive workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, while sharing knowledge and supporting junior colleagues in adopting improved practices. B) System Automation and Process Improvement Responsibilities Assist in enhancing existing Incentive System and automating manual incentive schemes, reducing manual intervention while contributing to deployment planning and improved operational efficiency. Compile and analyse data from stakeholders, business units, and sales channels to provide input for aligning incentive processes with automation requirements. Support and participate in system testing activities eg: UAT, health checks and system cut-over sessions), ensuring operational readiness throughout the project lifecycle. Provide post-launch operational support to maintain smooth functioning of new systems, enhancements, and modifications on production platforms. Coordinate with business units, IT, HR, and vendors to manage system-related tasks, track progress, and resolve issues, ensuring effective communication and planning alignment.
