The Pharmacy Manager provides oversight to all pharmacy business lines with ultimate responsibility for achieving regionalized multi-state excellence in quality, safety, risk, caregiver experience and service goals for Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services and Home Medical Equipment ministries. Responsible for quality, cost effective, efficient, and safe pharmacy department management as well as the safe and effective use of medications for all patients and clients served, while remaining compliant with all applicable State and Federal regulations, professional practice, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards. As a department leader and member of the Quality Team, successfully engages caregivers and acts as a mentor on a daily basis. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Required Qualifications: PharmD - Pharmacy practice from accredited School of Pharmacy California Pharmacist Registered upon hire Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered upon hire 5 years of Management experience including quality, safety and risk program development, recruitment and retention, and pharmacy system assessment, development, and refinement. Experience in LTC or home infusion pharmacy services. Experience pharmacy practice operations and systems. Active member in American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business Administration. Residency in pharmacy practice. Why Join Providence?
