Job Description The Manager is assigned the following functions: organization of planning and coordination of the curriculum and educational process PhD programs; support for students during registration, obtaining a schedule, transferring credits, choosing a module / course, reinstatement in the PhD program; participation in the development, coordination and monitoring of academic policies and procedures in consultation with the Dean and Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs of the School; control of students’ academic progress; implementation of the student engagement policy (including analysis of student assessments of the module/course (feedback from students) at the end of each semester); maintaining contact with the School’s partners, as well as other structural units of the University regarding the development of the academic calendar and module schedule (including classroom reservations); organization and promotion of educational and student events related to the PhD program, such as: orientation program; foreign component; student trips; graduation ceremony. monitoring the preparation and readiness of educational tools / IT equipment for PhD classes; taking part in the formation of the School’s budget for the corresponding financial year in accordance with the University budget items administered by the School; support for students in organizing internships and employment; administration of surveys upon graduation of students; organization and support of student trips of the School; participation in the development and implementation of the strategic objectives of the University within the competence of the School; development, monitoring and execution of contracts, the initiator of which is the School, and the responsible executor is the Manager; participation in the processes of identification, assessment, management, monitoring of risks within the supervised area; Qualifications Education: Higher professional, preferably in higher educational institutions with teaching in English. Master's degree preferred.
