Currently in the execution phase, the project is on track to deliver its first product by June 2026. Job Purpose: The Construction Planning Senior Team Member is responsible for developing and managing EPC schedules at various levels (L2, L3, L4) to ensure project alignment with scope and timelines. This role involves conducting risk and delay analyses, creating and managing S-Curves, and preparing various management reports, including Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports. They perform earned value and variance analyses to track performance and forecast trends, update the Risk Register and Change Log, and prepare project closeout reports. Additionally, they manage resource allocation and procurement logistics, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and support the execution team. By mentoring their team and ensuring effective planning and reporting, the Senior Team Member contributes to successful project execution and timely delivery.
