This is a permanent full-time role based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland). Ngā Mahi Hei Whakatutuki Māu | What You'll Do • Lead platform delivery across Claims NZ and Inbound/Storage, with a strong focus on inbound storage strategy and execution. • Drive simplification, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes. • Provide strong leadership and people management, fostering innovation and accountability. Ōu Pūkenga me ōu Wheako | What You'll Bring • Proven experience in technology delivery and platform operations.Strong leadership exp in applications development and operations. • Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse technical teams and vendor relationships. • Deep understanding of technology strategy, architecture, and delivery practices. • Qualifications in IT or related fields (Agile, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma a plus).
