We’re seeking a Manager, Platform Delivery (Claims NZ & Inbound/Storage))to oversee the delivery and operations of our Claims NZ and Inbound/Storage platforms. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape platform strategy, ensure stability, and lead a high-performing agile team to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-focused solutions. This is a permanent full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne). What You'll Do • Lead platform delivery across Claims NZ and Inbound/Storage, with a strong focus on inbound storage strategy and execution. • Drive simplification, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes. • Provide strong leadership and people management, fostering innovation and accountability. What You'll Bring • Proven experience in technology delivery and platform operations.Strong leadership exp in applications development and operations. • Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse technical teams and vendor relationships. • Deep understanding of technology strategy, architecture, and delivery practices. • Qualifications in IT or related fields (Agile, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma a plus).
