The Platform Transformation Manager for CitcoRecs is a key team member responsible for supporting the implementation of automated processes within Citco’s reconciliation tools. Working within The Platform Transformation Group, you will be a part of a specialized team within the Transformation Office, who perform analytics, identify efficiencies and mitigate risk that maintain Citco’s competitive advantages in the industry across their core applications. CitcoRecs is Citco’s strategic reconciliation utility which produces streamlined reconciliations, to deliver high-quality financial data to managers in the most efficient manner.

Leadership & Delivery

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion
• Manage project lifecycle including scoping, analysis, development, and implementation
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
• Manage Sprints and Working Group meetings for all assigned projects
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Build and manage high-performing development teams
• Resource planning and allocation
• Staff coaching and career development

Process & Strategy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new initiatives
• Review and approve solution designs and documentation
• Oversee business requirements and user stories
• Maintain project reporting for senior management
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Conduct risk analysis and reporting
• Support weekend releases, as required
• Align with industry standards/best practices with vendors

This role requires strong project management skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. You’ll report to the VP of Platform Transformation and work closely with both technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions for CitcoRecs.
