Provide data on the "Cost of Complexity" before new top-level items are approved. * Process Efficiency: Analyze the cycle time of item setup processes. Optimize the workflow to remove administrative drag, ensuring our data practices support speed-to-market. 1. Tools, Intelligence & AI * Dashboard Modernization: Lead the migration of our Executive Portfolio reporting from Excel to PowerBI. Transform manual spreadsheets into automated, interactive dashboards that provide real-time insights to leadership. * Microsoft Stack Architecture: Serve as the owner of our core PMO stack (MS Project, Excel, PowerBI). Ensure these tools are integrated to provide a seamless view of the portfolio. * Innovation: Actively explore and pilot AI-driven productivity tools (e.g., MS Copilot, Claude) to automate routine reporting and improve predictive accuracy. 1. Financial Governance * Budget Integrity: Track R&D Budget vs. Actuals (CAPEX/OPEX). Partner with Finance to ensure labor capitalization is accurate and that the portfolio remains within approved fiscal limits.   You Bring (requirements, preferred skills): * Experience: 7+ years in Operations, PMO, or Data Analytics. * Technical Stack: * Analytics: Strong proficiency in Excel (Power Query, complex modeling) is required.
