SECTION I: ROLE INTRODUCTION Outlines the basic information of the role. Job Title  Manager-PMO Reporting To Head PMO Location Gangaikondan Grade/ Level 1D   Job Objective   The Manager – PMO is responsible for driving project governance, portfolio management, and execution excellence across the organization. This role oversees the planning, monitoring, and reporting of key strategic and operational projects, ensures adherence to project management standards, and provides leadership, tools, and frameworks to enable predictable delivery. The role partners closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure project alignment with business goals and supports decision-making at the leadership level Key Responsibilities     Responsibilities KPIs 1) * Establish and continuously improve project management standards, templates, and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).  * Implement governance models for project approvals, reviews, and status reporting.  * Ensure compliance with organizational policies and PMO processes across departments   2) * Manage the organization’s strategic project portfolio and ensure prioritization based on business impact.  * Provide visibility into project performance, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.  * Facilitate quarterly portfolio reviews with leadership. 3) * Track all active projects and provide timely status dashboards, metrics, and reports to leadership.  * Identify variances in scope, timeline, cost, and quality, and drive corrective actions. 4) * Drive PMO maturity roadmap and implement best practices.  * Analyze project performance data to identify improvement opportunities.  * Promote a culture of discipline, accountability, and project excellence. SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS   Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Experience * 7–12 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.  * Proven experience managing enterprise-wide programs or transformation projects.
