Plannera is seeking a future-focused Manager of Policy and Business Development to lead strategic initiatives, provide strategic policy advice and drive business growth opportunities. This role is crucial in shaping our future, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and optimizing opportunities to grow. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation of a business development strategy, preparing business cases and making recommendations to senior leadership and governing bodies.
  • Providing expert guidance in the analysis of complex pension plan issues, interpretation of legislation and regulations, and oversight of existing corporate and plan policy.
  • Researching and new pension and benefit opportunities to meet diverse client needs, emerging issues and evolving industry trends.
  • Leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with leaders and key stakeholders to plan and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Developing and managing a high-performing team of policy professionals.
