Description
Significant experience in portfolio governance, assurance, PMO, risk management or change management within a large and complex organisation
Proven experience delivering assurance reviews, governance assessments or control evaluations that have identified risks, improved adherence, or strengthened delivery outcomes
Proven analytical skills, with experience interpreting complex data and presenting clear, evidence-based insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Experience developing and maintaining portfolio reporting, key performance indicators, risk indicators, or management information that supports effective decision-making
Good knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management principles, key controls and Three Lines of Defence operating models
Stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships, influence outcomes and provide constructive challenge
Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that have delivered measurable enhancements to governance, controls, reporting, or portfolio effectiveness
