Description:

About us
Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.
As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.
About The Job
As the Manager of Portfolio Management, you will lead a global team of portfolio managers responsible for tubes & fittings, pumps & valves across our major markets. Your focus will both be on next quarter and next year, ensuring we have clear growth plans for our major product lines. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with end-users, understanding their future needs, and turning insights into action. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing Communications (MarCom), you will drive global product launches and ensure effective collaboration with sales companies and channel partners. Additionally, you will support commercial product training for our channel partners to maximize market impact.
This position is based in one of our major offices with Kolding as a preference, with an expected travel activity of 60-80 days a year.

What You Know

  • Over 10 years of experience, with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, a commercial field, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytics mindset with a deep understanding of market trends and performance data.
  • Proven ability to lead global teams and work effectively with key stakeholders, including channel management, sales companies and channel partners.
  • Expertise in creating growth strategies, driving commercial excellence, and ensuring global launch success.
  • Experience working in international markets and collaborating across diverse teams and functions.

Who You Are
You are a results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments with a constant focus on “what’s next.” You excel at creating performance through others, whether it’s your own team or key stakeholders like local sales managers and channel partners. You have a strong commercial mindset and are skilled at driving initiatives that deliver business results. Your ability to collaborate, network, and build relationships across global markets enables you to align strategies with sales companies and ensure ongoing success. With your finger on the pulse of the market, you lead with insight and foresight, always focused on what’s coming next.
