The Manager, Portfolio Monitoring contributes to the overall success of GRM Portfolio Management, by working with the Subject Matter Experts, and a diverse set of stakeholders to perform and execute periodic activities, tasks and reporting. This involves organizing and consolidating information for defined deliverables and remediate and escalate missing or inconsistent information from the countries and stakeholders. Using established tools, and methodologies, the individual will identify insights to solve various problems and identify opportunities for process and/or efficiency improvements to drive productivity. The individual must thrive on challenge, be proactive, dynamic, and demonstrate sound judgement.

Responsibilities

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU? IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Coordinating data collection, cleansing, organization, and consolidating analysis, to identify trends and insights for decision making for GRM LATAM, IB Special Accounts Management, and Wealth Management teams’ Portfolio Monitoring activities.
  • Leveraging technological knowledge to provide solutions.
  • Escalating to SMEs and Senior Leadership as necessary on deliverable status and solutions to any barriers.
  • Preparing presentations digestible to executives.
  • Keep key stakeholders informed of ongoing processes & progress.
  • Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate execution and the achievement of deliverables.
  • Consolidate and reconcile regional information for key stakeholders, striving for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS THAT WILL ENABLE YOU TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE? WE’D LOVE TO WORK WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • Spanish language proficiency is considered a strong asset
  • Undergraduate education in business and/or related field
  • Experience in credit risk management, portfolio management, or corporate and commercial banking
  • Good accounting and financial analysis skills
  • Good understanding of information management systems and SQL programing is an asset
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
