The team is also responsible for delivering portfolio‑level outcomes, partnering closely with business units to support business‑driven scale and simplification by delivering project outcomes and technology change that enhance overall business capabilities and support the execution of UniSuper’s strategy.   This is an opportunity to shape enterprise‑level portfolio outcomes by enabling high‑quality decision‑making, visibility, and governance across UniSuper’s strategic initiatives. The role This role is accountable for the leadership and delivery of portfolio operations that enable effective decision‑making and successful enterprise portfolio outcomes. It supports the Head of Enterprise Portfolio and senior stakeholders through portfolio planning, governance operations, reporting, and engagement, without managing day‑to‑day project delivery.   * Lead portfolio‑level planning, prioritisation, capacity planning, and dependency management * Coordinate integrated portfolio roadmaps and maintain consolidated portfolio views * Enable portfolio governance operations, reporting, and decision‑quality insights * Facilitate portfolio forums, cadence activities, and cross‑portfolio coordination * Champion clear communication of portfolio priorities, progress, and outcomes * Provide leadership to PMO Leads, Planning Managers, and Schedulers   About you You bring strong experience in portfolio planning, governance, and reporting within complex delivery environments, with the ability to translate data into meaningful executive insights.   * Demonstrated experience in portfolio planning and portfolio management * Strong capability in portfolio‑level reporting, governance, and insights * Proven stakeholder engagement and senior‑level communication skills * Ability to synthesise information to support executive decision‑making * Experience with portfolio and project management tools and reporting platforms * Strong commercial acumen and financial management experience   What We Offer UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
