Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The “WHAT” to be delivered

  • Lead and develop the Power SCADA team and contribute to development and outcomes of the Operational Technology function more broadly.
  • Lead and manage personnel within the Power SCADA team and external resources with a constructive style and maintain a strong professional

relationship with stakeholders and customers to ensure high levels of service are maintained.

  • Manage delivery of SCADA services including planning, engineering design, installation, configuration, asset renewal and replacement, capital

project delivery, testing, preventative and reactive maintenance of SCADA and controls systems enabling electricity service delivery across the

Northern Territory.

  • Provide expert professional advice and support delivery of a new Energy Management System.
  • Develop plans for and manage safety, cyber security, physical and financial resources, delivery schedules, procurement, contracts and risk.
  • Provide high level advice to Senior Managers and report on the status of power SCADA service delivery and development.
  • Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of policies, procedures and standards to ensure the provision of safe, fit for purpose SCADA

solutions.
