About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a strategic, well‑connected Manager, PR & Communications (India) to lead and own the resort’s public relations strategy for the India market as part of the Marketing Communications team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: Market Ownership & Strategy * Lead development and execution of the India PR strategy aligned with global brand positioning and commercial objectives * Localize messaging to ensure cultural relevance while maintaining brand integrity * Identify white space opportunities to position the resort within the Indian luxury travel landscape * Align PR strategy with paid media, social, and digital amplification efforts * Oversee PR strategy and execution across assigned secondary markets (TBC), ensuring alignment with global positioning while adapting to local cultural and media landscapes.      Agency & Budget Management * Manage and direct Indian PR agency, ensuring strategic clarity and measurable outcomes * Oversee agency retainers, scopes of work, and performance accountability * Manage allocated PR budgets effectively and responsibly     Media, Influencer & Celebrity Relations * Build and maintain relationships with top-tier Indian media, influencers, celebrities and KOLs * Develop targeted media hosting and influencer strategies * Secure high-impact coverage in priority publications and platforms   Content & Narrative Development * Lead development of India-targeted press materials and media assets * Oversee translation and localization of global materials * Support executive messaging tailored to Indian audiences * Ensure narrative consistency across earned, owned, and shared channels     Launch & Event Communications * ·Own PR strategy and execution for India around key milestones including: * Pre-opening announcements * On-sale launch * Grand Opening * Brand partnerships * Lead Indian media invitations, hosting, and coverage planning   Crisis & Reputation Management * Support development and execution of crisis communication strategies relevant to Indian markets * Monitor media sentiment and geopolitical developments impacting brand positioning * Provide proactive risk assessments and mitigation recommendations   Internal & Stakeholder Alignment * Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations * Support reporting to ownership and senior stakeholders * Ensure India activity aligns with broader commercial priorities   Performance Measurement * Track and report on share of voice, sentiment, reach, and brand perception in India * Report media coverage for India, secondary markets, and selected business unit   About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Professional working proficiency in English * Native or near-native fluency in Hindi preferred (written and spoken) * Minimum 5–8 years’ PR experience within luxury, hospitality, travel, lifestyle, entertainment, or adjacent premium sectors * Experience in pre-opening or large-scale launch environments preferred * This role is ideal for someone who already holds established relationships with tier-one Indian media, editors, influencers, celebrities, and luxury opinion leaders   About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits: We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
