Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of a culture that embraces quality assurance, reflective practice and continuous quality
    improvement.
  2. Lead a function and oversight the development and maintenance of processes to collect timely, accurate records of
    quality assurance activities and findings to report findings and progress over time.
  3. Build strategic collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to plan and implement quality
    assurance activities.
  4. Deliver high calibre assessment and monitoring of internal and external services to provide objective advice about service
    delivery quality, and legislative compliance to inform opportunities for continuous quality improvement.
  5. Prepare timely, high quality, objective reports and products that provide evidence-based findings to inform risk
    assessment, risk mitigation and strategies to achieve continuous quality improvement.
  6. Identify strategic, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely solutions to address quality assurance findings where
    improvements need to be made.
