Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Manager in our Private Companies and Personal Tax team at Manning Elliott LLP, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse client portfolio that includes compilation engagements for companies, as well as corporate and personal tax returns. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing engagement teams committed to delivering exceptional service and high-quality client deliverables, ensuring that our clients receive the utmost care and attention in every interaction.
In this leadership position, you will demonstrate your strong leadership skills by inspiring and guiding your team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development. Mentoring relationships will be a key focus, as you nurture talent within the team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Additionally, you will play an active role in business development and growth initiatives within the practice, working closely with partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities for expansion and enhanced client service. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring priorities are effectively addressed.
  • Oversee all aspects of client service, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.
  • Analyze engagement work-in-progress (WIP) and assist in the billing process.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and drive project success.
