Description:
Vertice was launched in 2022 to build a new way to manage SaaS and cloud spend. One that’s fair, totally transparent, and designed for modern businesses. Today, Vertice manages over $3.4 billion in spend for hundreds of customers in over 30 countries. We are headquartered in London with offices in New York, Brno, Sydney, Johannesburg and Singapore.
And we’re just getting started. Founded by successful serial entrepreneurs Roy Tuvey and Eldar Tuvey, Vertice has been on an incredible growth trajectory, with a remarkable 13X revenue growth in two years. Following our Series C investment round, we have secured over $100 million in funding from leading investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, 83North and Lakestar, and are expanding our reach across regions and product lines.
If you are ambitious, want to make an impact and be part of a highly talented and driven team, come and join us on this journey to build a new way to manage technology spend and simplify procurement.

You may have worked in business development, account management, partnerships, or a similar role. You enjoy a role that combines both business development and relationship management.
- You have the gravitas and presence to engage with highly experienced professionals, holding your own with industry leaders who have decades of experience (Senior Value Creation leaders, CEOs/CFOs of portfolio companies).
- You have good commercial intuition, and the ability to build rapport, influence people and drive change, whether it’s with a senior exec or junior operator.
- You are an expert people person and your superpower is building and maintaining strong relationships. You love being client-facing, and you enjoy attending events and networking functions.
- You are highly results-driven, organized, and reliable.

YOUR ROLE AT VERTICE:
Vertice partners with Private Equity firms globally to help reduce their portfolio companies’ software spend by 20% annually.
The Private Equity BD channel is the fastest-growing channel in the business, and you will join an existing team of three to identify and build relationships with PE firms across APAC. You will report to the Director of PE BD who is based in London.
This is a hybrid role where you will both open up new relationships with PE firms as well as cover existing relationships / firms. You will work in partnership with the PE BD, Sales, and other internal teams to grow the channel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify private equity firms through your network, cold outreach, and referrals to generate new business opportunities for Vertice with portfolio companies.
- Develop and build strong relationships with value creation teams at these PE firms, acting as a trusted advisor. Once you’ve developed a partnership with a firm, run monthly/quarterly business reviews to update them on their portfolio companies and identify other ways to maintain and strengthen the relationship.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent Vertice and build our brand as a trusted PE service provider.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Sales to improve the Vertice for Private Equity offering.
