An exciting opportunity has arisen to be involved with the opening of a new, very unique private members club in the heart of Soho. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to initially set the standards and systems, recruit the right team and then oversee operations in our dynamic and unique establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food and wine as well as proven leadership abilities. This role requires a passion for hospitality and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
• Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food and wine WSET preferred.
• Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.

• Managing the daily operation of the club with a strong focus on service with discretion.
• Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive working environment.
• Implement and maintain all new systems and protocols to ensure compliance with all governing bodies and health regulations.
• Train new employees to strive to always exceed customer expectations.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain efficient operations.
