The Opportunity We’re seeking a Manager – Procedural Governance to lead the design and continuous improvement of our organisational procedures across Residential Aged Care, Home Care and NDIS. You’ll bring structure, clarity and innovation to how we work – making sure our frameworks are not only compliant, but meaningful and practical for teams on the ground. You’ll partner with leaders across the organisation, influence change, and help shape systems that enhance safety, resilience and service excellence. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sydney or Brisbane, reporting to the General Manager, Care Quality Compliance. What You’ll Do Lead the development, review and governance of Aged Care procedures. Ensure new procedures and guidance materials align with strengthened Aged Care Standards and legislation. Collaborate with leaders to make policies clear, practical and people-centred. Monitor legislative changes and drive timely updates. Support accreditation planning and readiness. Ensure continuity plans are refreshed and consistent for organisational resilience. Engage stakeholders across all levels to champion quality and continuous improvement. About You You’re a collaborative and detail-driven professional who thrives on building systems that create clarity and confidence. You bring: 5+ years’ experience in quality, governance or compliance (Aged Care preferred). Strong knowledge of Aged Care legislation and strengthened standards. Proven ability to lead procedural design, implementation and review. Excellent communication skills – able to translate complexity into clarity. A proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and change management. Hold a current NDIS Worker Check. A current driver’s license.
