We are looking for Manager, Process Engineer for Business Unit Energy to Lead energy-related engineering development and process optimization. The position can be located in Helsinki or Stockholm, or in one of the Stora Enso mill sites in Finland or Sweden. Career for a better climate. Every day. As Manager, Process Engineer, your responsibilities include: Managing process and power plant engineering, VCP-initiatives at other BUs Supporting energy investments and technology follow-up Supporting investment cases Improving technical performance of industrial BUs Who are we looking for? In order to be successful in this role we expect you to have the following skills and experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent qualification (pulp/paper, mechanical, energy or electrical engineering) Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience Proven experience within the energy or forest industry Previous experience in a supervisory, or team leadership role is considered an advantage Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholder Flexibility, initiative and the ability to be a process owner Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills Established professional network and/or strong networking capabilities Willingness to travel as required by the role Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory; Finnish or Swedish is a benefit What we offer We believe that our employees are key to our success.
