Manager, Procurement (based in Thailand) Are you ready to lead and make an impact on a global scale? We are looking for an experienced Manager, Procurement to drive procurement, logistics, and supplier management across our operations. In this role, you will connect global sourcing strategies with local execution, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and on-time performance. You will play a key role in aligning procurement strategies with business objectives, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with global standards. By executing these responsibilities, you will help deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization from end-to-end processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop own area end-to-end Procurement processes, persons, performance and suppliers for Thailand and Malaysia to support business of Asia Pacific Global Supply. Manage and develop own area of operative Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing and Administration & Facilities. Responsible for net working capital (NWC), increasing saving, flexibility and sustainability in supply chain in own area. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to develop and implement supply chain strategies that are aligned with the business objectives, and translate these into annual plans and actions Collaborate and support internal stakeholders to achieve company targets. Drive local supplier capability to alternate global supplied parts. Actively participate in the Asia Pacific Parts Procurement team and Category team. Continuous improvement, safety and sustainability. Make sure the sustainability audits and their corrective actions are done according to the annual plan. Monitor and manage business goals to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Continuous improvement team competences and skills, emphasize learning orientation and manage performance effectively. Perform according to Quality, Safety, Environmental and other company’s’ management system, policies, practices and instructions. Requirements Bachelor/master’s degree in supply chain management, Procurement, logistics or business administration or related fields. Proven working experience in a procurement function with managerial roles and strong leadership capabilities. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems (Info LN) Self-motivated and proactive with excellent problem-solving.
