Description
Strategic procurement for Centre of Competence Procurement Back End. Key KPIs includes cost reduction rate, supplier quality and delivery performance and payment terms. Support to develop and implement commodity and supplier strategy. Establish commodity and supplier strategy with alignment from operations. Develop good understanding of commodity cost model to enable comprehensive value analysis and comparison amongst suppliers' offerings. Responsible for Cross-site Concept Savings projects execution and follow through. Candidate with a bachelor degree qualification with at least 5 years of working experience in strategic procurement role in any high-tech industry or others with 8 years experience in semiconductor industry. Candidate should possess strong strategic and analytical mindset with good communication skill to build wide business network internally and externally independently in driving success of category and supplier strategy.
