QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement in the Industrial Manufacturing categories, preferably for beverage companies, to support development of strategies and sourcing initiatives that deliver business value.
  • University degree, college diploma or equivalent experience with a focus in Procurement, Supply Chain or Engineering
  • Experience working on Capital Projects, specifically in the Manufacturing and Industrial space

Responsibilities
  • Capability to work with large OEM procurement contracts with the ability to leverage partnerships with key suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms, while fostering long-term collaboration and innovation to drive overall TCO
  • Act as a subject matter expert for acquiring goods and services for Coke Canada’s manufacturing facilities which includes knowledge of vendor capabilities, economic cost drivers, supplier financials and market competition
  • Skilled negotiator required to manage complex vendor issues, continuity of supply and escalations to minimize impact to the business
  • Develop strong interfaces with all Project Team members and OEMs to ensure accurate and complete understanding of all project scope documents, standards and contracts
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and new technologies that could impact future procurement decisions
  • Demonstrates strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills to make recommendations to leadership
