Perform the role of a Work Area Manager for Procurement Analytics and related functions under the Procurement GBS organization Lead and own the design and creation of Procurement reports based on needs of the business; Build a comprehensive, reliable and timely Procurement Bowler report ; Support the commodity teams in market analytics and price forecasting; Work with systems team on implementing standard tools for metrics reporting (.e.g Oracle, Sigma, etc) Ensure Source to requisition GBS (Global Business Systems) Analytics team’s delivery of quality reports and analytics output to all stakeholders; Ensure agreed turn-around times are met; Ensure each team member has individual development plans so they can grow in their career and capabilities Ensure efficient utilization of resources / manpower for reporting, analytics and operational to serve all Procurement needs Drive CBS (Copeland Business System) implementation in the team and in identifying and implementing process improvements in analytics / metrics reporting Identify and drive technology improvements to existing processes including utilization of automation and AI to eliminate and simplify manual process work Our Commitment to Our People Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition. Responsibilities
Lead the design and creation of procurement reports and analytics to support business needs and commodity teams. Manage the GBS Analytics team to ensure quality delivery, process improvement, and the implementation of automation and AI tools.
