The Rogers Procurement & Supplier Management division (PSM) is looking for a procurement professional responsible for supporting our strategic efforts to transform the Rogers procurement function to best in class.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager – Procurement Strategy, and will be responsible for supporting major transformation initiatives, and helping drive performance across all PSM teams and functional areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Procurement Strategy Senior Manager develop and deliver a best in class Sourcing & Procurement function
  • Work with other Procurement Strategy Managers to support holistic Source to Contract & Procure to Pay transformation, develop category strategies, evolve our procurement workforce, and enhance our partnerships network
  • Collaborate effectively with the other three PSM teams – Category, Supplier & Contract Management, and Enablement
  • Support work to ensure Category teams have the tools and resources required to create value for their business partners
  • Support efforts to increase spend under PSM management
  • Help identify opportunities to drive additional cost savings
  • Help identify opportunities to improve quality and service levels, reduce risk exposure, and enhance innovation
  • Help develop and manage external relationships with industry peers and others
  • Work with our PMO team to help monitor progress against key transformation milestones
  • Engage effectively with other business units and functions across Rogers as needed (e.g. Finance, HR, IT)
