PSE’s Corporate Shared Services team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Manager, Procurement Transformation position!

JOB DESCRIPTION
Drive PSE’s Procurement Transformation journey, leading key initiatives to optimize our organization, processes, and systems. Champion the introduction of innovative solutions, including advanced technology and AI, to enhance how Procurement delivers across the company. Over time, this position will evolve into leading our Procurement Support Services teams and continuous improvement. Responsible for delivering sustainable value through continuous improvement, process optimization and performance measurement and reporting. Manages department of professional employees who work directly with business stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and other outside constituents to ensure procurement programs support PSE goals and strategies and ensure obligations are fulfilled. Provides active leadership to grow Procurement capabilities through people, processes and technology to provide innovative and proactive solutions to the business.
Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.
Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.
