Manage financials - monthly forecasts and headcount across investments and operations Support strategic reviews with GDIA senior leaders, governance reviews with business partners, and internal product reviews Develop the PDO and technical skills of your teams with a focus on continuous improvement Established and active employee resource groups Master's or PhD. in a Quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics or Engineering 6+ years of experience building and managing high performing teams Experience in the automotive industry or a complex manufacturing environment. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data analytics services. Sedentary, light work, with occasional travel to work locations.
