Responsibilities
  • Monitoring legal developments in chemistry and other product areas
  • Creation of Safety Data Sheets using designated software (ChemDox)
  • Analyse legal obligations (European, national) for placing products on the market (e.g. according to CLP, REACh, Biocide Regulation, Construction Products Regulation, etc.) and ensure compliance with these obligations
  • You are responsible for the internal and external preparation of compliance-related documents (in coordination with our Legal Department and with Continuous improvement), as well as safety data sheets, work instructions, Art. 45 registrations and other product-related compliance documents
  • Support product managers and sales offices with expertise in this area (e.g. classification and labelling, sales restrictions) as well as with product-related compliance customer queries
  • Support of projects and implementation/management of own projects
