Job Description We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Manager, Rollout Product to support the successful execution of new product and feature rollouts across key business areas including vendor, customer, marketing, quick commerce, and rider services. In this role, you will be a hands-on executor and collaborator, working cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, and business teams to coordinate go-to-market activities and ensure smooth launches. You will also work on creating and implementing processes to support the team in implementing the product implementations. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on alignment, precision, and delivery—and wants to play a critical part in driving operational excellence at scale. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the end-to-end rollout of new product features for business verticals Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, business teams, and other product deployment teams to align on launch plans, timelines, dependencies, and processes Develop and maintain rollout checklists, timelines, and tracking mechanisms to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Identify risks or blockers early, and escalate or resolve them proactively to keep initiatives on track Support clear communication and documentation around product rollout scope, timelines, and status updates for internal stakeholders Monitor rollout performance against defined KPIs and assist in post-launch reviews to surface learnings and opportunities for improvement Contribute to building and evolving best practices and playbooks for repeatable, scalable rollout processes Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in product management, program management, operations, or a related field Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional product initiatives or launches in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and project management skills—comfortable working with multiple moving parts and timelines Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and focus on execution Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management platforms Familiarity with data and metrics—comfortable working with dashboards or contributing to performance reporting (Preferred) Exposure to product launches or rollouts in marketplaces, delivery, or e-commerce environments Additional Information A dynamic and challenging working environment with a steep learning curve Responsibility from day one in the leading food delivery company in the world The opportunity to be part of a happy, high functioning and smart team Periodic fun, engaging company events & team activities A company committed to developing you personally and professionally.
