The Manager Product Supply Integrated Business Planning position collaborates extensively with PRGM, Product Supply Planning, Product Supply, Finance, Field Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Management, and other key business areas in addition to brand owner suppliers and bottler suppliers via both tactical and operational forecast and supply expectation exchanges. This position synthesizes a perspective of tactical supply risk in the 3 to 24-month horizon and potential mitigation approaches and assists in achieving alignment across the organization on appropriate actions for mitigation. Similarly, this position executes business routines that manage service and supply risk within the operational 13-week horizon. Duties & Responsibilities Provides cross-functional senior leaders with intelligence to execute the business strategy to address current business issues relating to supply risk, supply and demand imbalances, and other issues that span the operational and tactical horizons and develop and execute programs to address. These range from business transformation-level changes to continuous process improvements Coordinates the company-wide Sales and Operations Planning (S and OP) monthly process for identifying and addressing tactical supply risk and supply and demand imbalances. Orchestrates and facilitates activity leading up to, during, and after Demand Review, Supply Review, and Executive Sales and Operations Management (S and OM) meetings to ensure all information is prepared effective discussions are held and agreed-upon actions are followed-up on Coordinates business strategies for S and OP and Sales and Operations Execution (S and OE) routines and establishes capability roadmaps for both. Reviews roadmaps and release schedules with related governance groups to prioritize improvements. Supports implementation of improvements based on agreed-to roadmaps and release schedules. Utilizes performance measurement methods and systems to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of related processes to help drive improvement Coordinates the implementation and maintenance of supplier collaboration routines, tools, scorecards, and other methods with the aim of optimizing supplier relationships and engagement in the S and OE and S and OP processes. Collaborates with S and OP Category Managers (process role) to ensure periodic meetings are resulting in desired improvements. Coordinates the development and implementation of tools and methods to help hold suppliers accountable across the S and OP and S and OE horizons Collaborates with routine-owners for Product Management Committee (PMC), Promotions, Forward 5, Supply Execution, Commercial Ready-to-Execute, Commercial Execution, Sales Ops. Initiatives, and Customer Initiatives to ensure processes and meeting agendas are aligned with agreed-to strategies and controls to ensure the highest level of effectiveness in issue avoidance and/or quick and effective response Supports ensuring data integrity is utilized in S and OP and S and OE routines by conducting audits of data used in each monthly cycle as well as audits of processes used to maintain data in the Blue Yonder S and OP system, most notably product category definitions, demand forecast, production capacity, warehouse capacity, and transportation capacity Serves as a leader in the bottler community on S and OM-related processes and systems and acts as a Business Process Lead (BPL) within CCCI by providing insight, direction, and expertise relating to process, systems, roles, and all areas of S and OM Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Operational experience in Supply Chain Management (manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, transportation, etc.) Knowledge of Marketing and Commercial Planning Understanding of Value Chain interdependencies between Marketing, Sales, and Operations/Supply Chain Experience with direct store delivery is a plus Minimum of 2 years of cross-functional experience in the Coca-Cola system or very similar industry Experience supporting collaborative, cross-functional tactical and operational business planning and execution processes and systems Collaboration, communication, and influencing skills Understanding of product portfolio Understanding of the planning and execution routines and related business planning and execution horizon Understanding of the current routines within the Sales and Operations Management Operating Model Business process design and organizational structure Analytical skills and analysis tools Problem-solving  Minimum Qualifications Knowledge acquired through 4 or more years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Marketing, or other areas of the value chain Experience with Transportation Management System, Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Planning Software Systems, Reporting and Business Intelligence   Work Environment Office environment   #LI-MP1Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
