As a Japan-originated, global company with our footprint in over 60 countries, we are dedicated to delivering innovative treatments and digital solutions for eye health and addressing vision-related social issues for people around the world. 求人内容【基本使命】 Product Supply Transformationにおいて、Governance・Strategy・Executionの各領域の一部テーマもしくはワークストリームの構想から実行までをリードし、担当領域におけるエンドツーエンドの成果責任を担う。加えて、重要課題に対する論点設定および選択肢設計を通じて、意思決定に資するプロセス及び構造の設計を主導する。【成果責任・役割責任】製品供給ネットワーク戦略、ガバナンス運営、KPI管理、BCE等におけるワークストリームの構想及び遂行をリードするデータ分析および論点整理を通じて、課題・リスク・選択肢を設計・明確化する意思決定に資する論点設定、ストーリー設計、および提案構築を主導する担当領域におけるステークホルダーを巻き込み、意思決定に向けた合意形成プロセスをリードする KPI管理、進捗管理、会議体運営の実行を主導する担当領域の課題を特定し、適切にエスカレーションするとともに、解決方針の策定及び実行をリードする組織能力の強化および人材（特に後進）育成を主体的に推進する資格課題を構造化し、分析結果から論点・選択肢設計を導ける能力複雑な課題に対するプロジェクト設計・推進、業務改善活動の経験基本的な戦略思考および問題解決力高い自律性をもって、担当領域の企画から実行までを推進できる能力関係者との調整・コミュニケーション能力サプライチェーン・製造に関する基礎知識その他の情報（業務内容の変更の範囲）当社業務全般（就業場所の変更の範囲）本社および全国の事業所、営業所給与: JPY 10000000 - JPY 14000000 - 年俸
