POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensure CPKC regulatory compliance for respective project assignments
  • Investigate failures of CPKC policies, safety practices and procedures
  • Participate in the development of and implement work processes/changes that achieve continuous improvement
  • Promote and implement the application of CPKC policies, safety practices, and procedures by all direct reports
  • Mentor direct reports to improve their efficiency and holding accountability when needed
  • Reviews planned capital work, confirms material, and execution requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of progressive Supervisory experience in Track Renewal/Maintenance is preferred
  • Solid understanding of Red Book, SPC’s, GEI
  • Capability to lead a project plan/schedule
  • People leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
