Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Manager to take care of our Tampere Plant’s production process from machining to assembly and testing. Your main priority would be the team of 75 professionals and to lead them towards team commitments and common targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead your team of professionals to achieve targets through agreed KPI’s. Develop daily management procedures to achieve daily targets.
- Align resources with S&OP and budget to finalize doable production plan.
- Take part in developing Tampere Plant’s strategy to maximize output with the lowest possible costs.
- Find cost-effective solutions for production processes.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders - both within the company and with external parties, such as commercial teams, product management and engineering.
- Analyse production data and performance.
- Train, guide and development your team.
- Resolve issues that come up with effective counter measures.
- Develop and implement safety guidelines and follow-up company’s EHS standard works in all aspects of production.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Production, Operations or Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar.
- Proven results with 3+ years experience Production Management
- Proven results in effective Team building
- Fluent Finnish language, and strong knowledge of English

Fully site based, flexible working, hybrid model. Due to the tasks of this role most of the work is done at our Messukylä-factory and therefore remote work possibilities are limited. Of course, some occasionally remote workdays are possible!
