JOB DESCRIPTION

Manages daily operations in the injection molding department . Oversees a team of machine operators and technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Responsible for scheduling, team leadership, process stability, and driving improvements. Works closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to meet production goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical or trade background in plastics, manufacturing, or a related field
• Advanced training (e.g., process technician, supervisor, or journeyman level)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding , with at least 2 in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machines , tooling, materials, and troubleshooting
• Experience with production planning, team scheduling , and performance management
• Proficient in MES/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Good written and verbal communication in English
