Primary Duties & Responsibilities Be responsible for all Planning activities. Develop Planning team to meet customers’ requirements and best services. Optimize inventory and maximize planning capacity. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in administration business, supply chain management or a related field. 8+ years of working experience in production planning in manufacturing company with 3+ years of managerial/leadership experience. Using SAP and Oracle ERP is preferred. Skills Customer focus. Planning and organizing skills Self-motivated. Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles, Quality Assurance is preferred. Experience in Project Management is preferred. Ability to excel in a cross-organizational team environment. Proven ability to lead and motivate people, teamwork, and conflict management. Ability to deal effectively with differences of opinion, to influence, to draw ideas from others, and to negotiate and mediate. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese. Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and time management skills. Excellent at MS Office, especially in MS Excel. Working Conditions Works in standard office/manufacturing environment. Exposure to a variety of compounds, solvents and chemicals. Responsibilities
