We’re now seeking a Production Manager to lead one of our most critical production areas at our Nuneaton site, driving operational excellence while fostering a high-performing team culture. You’ll be instrumental in developing and empowering a large, diverse workforce—ensuring clear communication, accountability, and continuous improvement across all shifts to consistently deliver safe, high-quality products.
