THE OPPORTUNITY:
WSP is currently seeking a Manager, Project Controls – Bridges Highways & Roads Ontario for our Transportation business line, located in the Greater Toronto Area.
This position provides project controls leadership and will lead a team of seasoned project controls professionals. Reporting directly to the Director Operations, the Manager Project Controls will provide project controls technical, management and financial leadership.
This position provides operational and project controls leadership for the Bridges, Highways, Roads, Major Projects, Electrical/ITS design services as well as Construction Administration services in Ontario. Working with the Director Operations, the Manager Project Controls is responsible for overseeing and managing the project controls functions for various infrastructure projects. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong leadership and analytical skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to lead a team of project controls professionals with excellent communication skills both internally with staff and externally with clients. The candidate should also have experience with client interactions and project delivery.
