In this role, you’ll lead a team delivering complex, high‑value customer projects across Region Europe — including low‑volume, high‑complexity systems such as Unity and Leksell Gamma Knife. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Project and Site Managers delivering customer projects end‑to‑end (from planning to handover). Drive a high‑performance culture built on collaboration, innovation and accountability. Strengthen delivery predictability by standardising project planning, execution and monitoring across clusters. Partner with Cluster Leaders and regional stakeholders on delivery expectations, prioritisation, and resource/revenue forecasting. Own the regional consolidation and communication of the Linac Demand Plan. Act as the regional escalation point for project issues and New Product Introductions impacting order fulfilment. What you bring Proven people leadership experience in project delivery, ideally within complex technical/clinical environments. Strong project governance capability (planning, risk, stakeholder management, cadence, reporting). Demonstrated ability to set standards, embed best practice, and drive cross‑team adoption in a matrix organisation. Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and resolve escalations calmly and decisively. A coaching mindset: you invest in capability building and developing others.
